Step 1 — General Business Details

Business Name Include your short version (e.g. "Glow Studio") and full legal name if applicable.

Tagline & Description What the business does in one sentence — used for the website's hero banner section.

Google Maps Link The share URL from Google Maps for your business — used to extract location coordinates.

Step 2 — Contact & Operations

Phone Number International format — e.g. 27821234567 (no + or spaces).

Email Address The core business contact email — also used for your administrative application invite.

Physical Address Full address including suburb, city, and postal code.

Opening Hours Specify days open, standard operational times, and any standard lunch breaks.

Step 3 — Style & Technical Preferences

Brand Colours Hex codes — primary (dark/deep) and accent (highlight). If you do not have hex codes, please upload your logo file below instead.

Client Gmail / Google Account Required to link and sync your booking schedule with Google Calendar. You can make a free account at gmail.com if needed.

imgbb API Key (Optional) Needed to handle custom treatment and brochure photo uploads. First create a free account here, then go to the imgbb API settings page to copy your key.

Step 4 — Catalog & Menu

Upload Service / Treatment Menu Upload a PDF, Word document, or image showing names, durations (mins), prices, and short descriptions.
